Eurasia Partnership Foundation’s (EPF) mission is to empower people to effect change for social justice and economic prosperity through hands-on programs, helping them to improve their communities and their own lives. EPF is the legacy institution of Eurasia Foundation, a privately managed nonprofit organization established in 1992 to deliver seed capital to emerging civil society organizations in the former Soviet countries.
EPF, in the framework of Community Youth Peace Building through New Media Program, is currently seeking a trainer/facilitator to conduct a workshop along with the team of 3 more facilitators covering the topics such as role of New Media in a civic activism, conflict sensitivity, teambuilding and etc.
The workshop is scheduled for October 5-9, 2011 in Tbilisi, Georgia with arrival on October 4 and departure on October 9.
The working language of the workshop is Russian.
Required Tasks
The trainer’s/facilitator’s tasks will include, but may not be limited to the following:
• In consultation with EPF, refine the workshop modules and methodology;
• Deliver several sessions during the workshop;
• Assess the level of understanding of the workshop content by the participants;
• Prepare evaluation and workshop report.
Application Requirements and Submission
EPF seeks applications from individuals to conduct this training. Applicants should submit the following:
• Detailed description of the trainer’s/facilitator’s qualifications, including CV and description of the most recent trainings conducted;
• Proposed fees per hour and per day (Expenses for training materials and supplies, such as hand-outs, flipcharts, etc., as well as venue rent will be covered by EPF)
The application must be submitted in Russian or English languages.
