Social Entrepreneurship for the Businesses in Azerbaijan
On October, 27, 2009, Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) in cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan and the Lodestar Foundation is organizing seminar devoted to Social Entrepreneurship for Businesses in Azerbaijan.

StatoilHydro and EPF continue to support Institutional development of municipalities in Azerbaijan
In April 2008, EPF began the implementation of the “Transparency in Municipal Service Delivery” program, with the financial support of StatoilHydro. The goal of the program is to strengthen the institutional capacity of municipalities and improve their transparent practices. As a result of this program 854 individuals participated in twenty public hearings held by municipalities. As well as this some municipalities also published their budgets in local newspapers.

EPF, UNDP & AZPROMO promote CSR in Azerbaijan
Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF) in partnership with “Launching the Global Compact in Azerbaijan” Project implemented by UNDP and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) organized a reception and a workshop on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on December 4-5, 2008 in Baku.

USAID Administrator Keynote Speaker at EPF/AmCham Luncheon on Public-Private Partnerships
In cooperation with the American Chamber of Commerce in Azerbaijan (AmCham), Eurasia Partnership Foundation recently organized a luncheon in recognition of the visit of U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Administrator and Director of U.S. Foreign Assistance Ms. Henrietta H. Fore. The luncheon, attended by representatives of local and foreign businesses and international organizations, focused on building private-public partnerships to promote corporate social investments in Azerbaijan.
